Payment Policy
All payments must be completed within 24 hours of winning an auction. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment system.
Your credit card on file will be automatically charged for winning bids. If payment fails, you will receive a notification to update your payment method. Failure to complete payment within the allotted time may result in forfeiture of the item and potential restrictions on your bidding privileges.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and credit card processing fees will be added at checkout.
Pickup Policy
Pickup is available only after you receive a "Ready for Pickup" notification. Items must be collected within the scheduled appointment time.
When arriving for pickup, please bring your confirmation email and a valid government-issued ID. Our warehouse is located at 18 Blackjack Rd #101, Fredericksburg, VA 22405.
Late or unscheduled pickups may incur additional fees and could affect your future bidding privileges. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Currently, all items are pickup only from our Fredericksburg, VA warehouse. We do not offer shipping at this time.
Return Policy
We offer a 48-hour return policy from the time of pickup for eligible items. If you believe your item was misrepresented or not as described in the listing, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when picked up.
- You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
- Returns are subject to inspection before approval.
Please note:
- After 48 hours, all sales are final.
- Items listed as "Damaged," "For Parts," or "As-Is" are not eligible for return.
